We've implemented a fix for the invoice recalculations, and have been slowly rolling it out to ensure correct calculations. We believe the impact is now resolved, but are monitoring to be certain

We have identified an issue where some line items are duplicated on a limited number of invoices, and are continuing to investigate.

We are deploying a fix to prevent the issue re-occurring, and running a full analysis to check for other potentially impacted invoices.
