Between 2024-11-20 12:51:33 UTC and 2024-11-20 16:21:34, Sequence customers were unable to set billing schedules to 'active' via the dashboard and API. This issue has now been resolved, and billing schedule activation is working as expected.

We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing users from activating billing schedules in both our Sandbox and Production environments. Creating draft schedules is unaffected.
